Well known greek hotel chain Grecotel assigned to Stokas Inc the complete Construction of a new hotel complex in the famous coast side area of Psarou, in Mykonos. The extremely strict time schedule and the demanding technical specifications that the Contractor should keep up with were notified initially by Grecotel to Stokas Inc. This commitment constituted a great challenge for our company.

Specifically, supervision of the site, management and coordination of the workers and the subcontractors, construction and procurement of all the materials were assigned to Stokas Inc. Detail Design was carried out on site by the Engineers due to the strict time schedule, the high standard requirements and complicated issues coming out during the project process. Despite the restrictions, the hotel was delivered on time, fully and completely functional.
