Combining urban everyday-life and suburban amenities, Stokas Design & Construction has successfully designed the particular luxury residence where comfort prevails.

The residence is located in Glyfada, Athens, and consists of four levels, a large basement, a ground floor carefully designed to integrate indoor and outdoor green spaces, first floor and attic. Each space and room was designed with care according to its special needs of way of living and privacy.

The morphology of the outer shell was a result of a functional and distinct building structure. The bold horizontal elements, either balconies or canopies, emphasize the layout and contribute to shaping airy and bright rooms.

The stone cladding contributes to the design of the facade as a reference to the neighboring mountain surroundings. Stone and plaster are cleverly matched with architectural detail joints.

This luxury residence in Glyfada was a private commission to Stokas and includes all the Architectural, Structural and Electromechanical Studies.
