The project is about a three-storey luxury residence with a total area of 180 m2 on a plot of 272 m2 in the city of Athens. Stokas D&C, having undertaken the Conceptual Design of the project, had as a basic synthetic idea the visualization of the function in the form of the building. During the morphological processing of the facades, the goal was to create a building that would fit into the environment and harmonize with the urban character of the area.

The common areas of the residence are located on the ground floor and they are fully independent from the private rooms that are located to the second floor. On the last level of the residence there is an access to the roof garden.

According to the concept the different living spaces must be seemed independent also in the form of the residence. Different cubic volumes have been combined, creating an harmonious synthesis with the white color dominating and the strategic position of the openings implying the functional organization of the building.
