Within a turn-key framework, Stokas Inc. provides a comprehensive range of services, including the preparation, supervision, and approval of Architectural and Electromechanical studies, the procurement of all necessary equipment, and the achievement of an optimized energy footprint.

The residence is situated on an expansive 4,100 sq.m plot along the “Hellenic Riviera” of Porto Heli, offering exceptional views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding olive groves.

Set within the distinctly rural landscape of the area, the residence was designed for Norwegian owners, combining minimal design principles with high standards of quality and functionality. The layout ensures panoramic views from all main living spaces, while carefully responding to the steep inclination of the plot.

The residence is developed across three levels, with an infinity swimming pool forming the focal point of the outdoor space, positioned between the deep blue of the sea and the rich green of the vineyards and olive trees.

In addition to design and construction, Stokas Inc. also undertook the interior design of the villa. All furnishings were custom-designed specifically for this residence, with particular emphasis on the selection and application of materials and textures to enhance its unique character.

The interior concept draws inspiration from Scandinavian design, expressed through a refined minimal aesthetic. White Thasos marble, black Kentavros marble, and cement-based finishes are combined with natural light to create spaces that evoke the atmosphere of an art gallery.

The design approach seeks to merge minimalism with Scandinavian sensibility, creating an environment of calm, clarity, and understated luxury. Clean lines and a palette of soft grey and neutral tones define the interiors. Here, luxury is expressed through restraint—where simplicity, material quality, and subtle detailing shape a warm and inviting living experience.
