Visualization of the design and construction of a luxurious 500 sq.m. villa in Corfu, conceived as an ideal blend of well-being, relaxation, and leisure. The 11,500 sq.m. plot occupies a privileged position, offering unobstructed views towards both the sea and the surrounding natural landscape. It is located just 0.4 km from the shoreline and 10 km from the island’s picturesque Venetian town.

A defining element of the composition is the interplay between the vertically articulated levels and the use of local materials, integrated within a contemporary architectural language. As the design transitions to the upper floor, the introduction of varied materials allows the volume to move beyond the strict boundaries of the ground level, creating the impression of a more relaxed and autonomous entity.

The ground-level outdoor areas, together with the sunken lounge developed around the infinity swimming pool, play a key role in the spatial articulation and transition between levels. The interior design follows a boutique hotel aesthetic, featuring bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, ensuring a high level of privacy and autonomy for the occupants.
