Stokas Design & Construction undertook the creation of a modern luxury residence, conceived as a space where the family and the notion of “home” can evolve together. The result is a three-level house that meets all functional requirements, ensuring a clear organization of living and sleeping areas, privacy, and a seamless interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces. The composition is unified, promoting a sense of belonging and a calm, everyday living experience.
The house is located in the Panorama area of Voula, Attica, carefully positioned among buildings of contemporary character. From street level, the residence appears as a single-storey structure. Upon entering the property, however, its multiple levels are gradually revealed, accessible both internally and externally through staircases designed to provide comfort and visual continuity with the surrounding greenery.
The sense of visual unity, combined with the articulation of distinct volumes, is achieved through a strongly geometric architectural language. The façade is composed of two volumes in contrasting colors. The “urban” façade facing the street is defined by grey tones and accommodates the kitchen, attic, and children’s rooms, expressing a dynamic character. In contrast, the south-facing volume, which opens towards the sea, is dominated by white tones and textures. This second volume hosts the more private and tranquil spaces, including the living room, the master bedroom, and the courtyard with the swimming pool.
This luxury residence in Voula was commissioned by a private client and delivered by Stokas Design & Construction on a turn-key basis, including all Architectural and Electromechanical studies, full construction, and the supply of all necessary equipment.
