This project αφορά the development of a luxury private residence in Voula, Athens, commissioned to Stokas Inc by the owner. The scope includes all necessary procedures for the preparation, supervision, and approval of the architectural and electromechanical studies, as well as the complete construction of the residence and the provision of all required equipment.

The 463 sq.m. plot occupies a prominent corner position, offering unobstructed views due to the presence of a park directly in front of the site.

The design of the three-storey residence focused on maximizing views from all primary living areas, while ensuring the seamless integration of the three levels into a unified whole. To achieve this, the orientation and visual axes at various points and elevations of the plot were thoroughly analyzed, while architectural elements such as an internal loft were introduced to position view-oriented spaces at the highest possible levels.

The solid building volume dominates the center of the plot, allowing for a free-flowing courtyard with a swimming pool to develop around it. At the same time, cantilevers and volumetric extensions create semi-outdoor spaces and balconies, enriching the overall spatial experience.
