The project is a two-stories vacation house near the city of Marmari, in Evoia. The building is developed on a slope and consists of clear geometry and minimal lines.
The plot orientation had a fundamental role during the design process in order to take advantage of the view to the sea and steer to achieve an energy-efficient building. The materials that frame the main volume are linear components made of local stone or exposed concrete in addition to a pergola made of timber.
Scope of the project is the development of a contemporary residence integrated to the surrounding, that can offer comfortable living to its residents through functional spaces.
