The scope of the study is the construction of a high-end apartment building, with a modern aesthetic and high energy efficiency, developed on four levels plus the basement. The total area of ​​the building is approx. 500 m2 on a plot of 480 m2, in the eastern part of Voula region. The building consists of four maisonettes, two on the ground floor-first floor levels and two more on the second floor and the attic level.

The requirements of the building program are reflected in the structure of the building, leading to equally divided properties. In a suburban area under development, with buildings from the last decades, it is proposed a structure with clear geometry and modern vocabulary. Emphasis is placed on the use of outdoor space and the tenant’s relationship with the nature, either on the ground floor or on the upper floors, where large balconies are surrounded by planting in order to give the feeling of contact with the natural environment. Thus, the dominant elements are the clear lines that come in contrast with the organic elements of the nature that run throughout the whole structure.
