The well-established Greek hotel chain Grecotel commissioned Stokas Inc with the full construction of a new hotel complex in the renowned seaside area of Psarou, Mykonos. The highly demanding schedule, combined with strict technical specifications, was clearly defined by Grecotel from the outset, constituting a significant challenge for the company.

More specifically, Stokas Inc was responsible for site supervision, management and coordination of all crews and subcontractors, as well as the construction and procurement of all materials. The detailed design was developed on site by the engineering team, due to the tight timeframe, the high-quality standards, and the complex issues that arose during the project’s execution. Despite these constraints, the hotel was delivered on schedule, fully completed and operational.
