The complex comprises three ground-floor, three-level maisonettes with private courtyards and two two-level penthouse apartments. The design emphasizes privacy, comfort, and contemporary living, offering high-quality residences in one of Attica’s most sought-after coastal areas.

Each maisonette unfolds across three levels, featuring an open-plan living area that connects the living room, kitchen, and dining space, ideal for everyday living and entertaining. Bedrooms are arranged on a separate level for greater privacy, while private courtyards with swimming pools enhance exclusivity and relaxation.
