The project concerns the development of a luxury residential complex in Glyfada, with design and construction by Stokas D&C. The architectural approach creates a building that blends harmoniously with its urban and coastal surroundings, while maintaining a refined and discreet identity.

The complex comprises three ground-floor, three-level maisonettes with private courtyards and two two-level penthouse apartments. The design emphasizes privacy, comfort, and contemporary living, offering high-quality residences in one of Attica’s most sought-after coastal areas.

Flow Living is defined by a fluid design language, where curved forms and integrated greenery shape a cohesive architectural identity that responds seamlessly to its context.
