Stokas Design & Construction focuses on residential design merging micro and macroscale architectural characteristics. Through this scope a spacious residence can still be close to the human scale. The particular resident at Thrakomakedones is masterfully shaped in a way that the family can feel familiar with every corner of the building. The different cladding in each volume follows the building’s functional segmentation but further combined together they engage to a harmonious whole.

The residence consists of four levels, a basement, a ground floor together with green spaces and pool, first floor and a small attic. Its special characteristic is that each space has a view and balcony towards different yards and green spaces.

This luxury residence at Thrakomakedones was a private commission to Stokas and includes all the Architectural, Structural and Electromechanical Studies, as well as the complete construction of the house and the supply of the necessary equipment in turn key basis.
